Privacy Policy
This policy describes how RESTAURANT MB Marrakech processes the personal data of people who visit this site. It is drawn up in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our visitors residing in the European Union.

What data we collect, and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your telephone number (optional) and the content of your message. This information is used solely to handle your enquiry and reply to you. It reaches us by email and is never used for commercial purposes nor passed on to third parties.
Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address together with your consent. It is used exclusively to send you our news, our events and our suggestions. You can ask to be unsubscribed at any time by writing to contact@restaurant-mb.com.
Table booking
Bookings are handled by our provider OpenFlow, through a module hosted on its own site. The data you enter to book (name, contact details, date, number of guests) is processed directly by OpenFlow, under its own privacy policy. We keep no copy of it on this site.
Browsing
Our host keeps technical connection logs (IP address, date and time of access), for security purposes and for the proper running of the service.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Only a technical cookie may be set, to remember the display language you have chosen (French or English).
Some content comes from third-party services that may set their own cookies: the Google Maps map, the OpenFlow booking module and the display of Google reviews. These services are subject to their own privacy policies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies; some features may then be limited.
What we do not do
This site offers neither a comments section nor user account creation. We do not sell, rent or exchange any personal data. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
Retention periods
Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of twelve months. Addresses subscribed to the newsletter are kept until you unsubscribe. The host’s technical logs are kept under its own policy.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the RESTAURANT MB Marrakech team and, where applicable, to our technical providers (host, booking service), acting on our instructions. It is passed on to no other third party.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete data concerning you. To exercise it, write to us at contact@restaurant-mb.com ; we will reply as soon as we can.
Under law 09-08, you may also refer the matter to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP). If you reside in the European Union, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.
