Christophe Pionnier, known as « Chris », was born in the South of France, where the Cévennes meet Provence. A passionate lover of culinary art, he made cooking his profession at a very young age.
From his southern roots, he keeps a taste for genuine produce, for sunshine on the plate and for conviviality. When you listen to him, one word keeps coming back: Pleasure — to speak of his native region, of cooking, or of music.
